Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MacroCraftOps (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and AML / KYC Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder; no physical signature is required.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Platform is intended for users resident in India; if you use it from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
3. The service
MacroCraftOps is a credit-based micro-task marketplace. Advertisers post promotional tasks (social follows, likes, subscriptions, installs, signups, reviews) and escrow credits for them. Workers complete tasks and earn credits. Credits are a limited, non-refundable in-platform utility — not legal tender, not e-money, not a security, and not a stored value instrument. Credits carry no interest and no monetary claim outside the Platform except via the payout mechanism described below.
4. Accounts & security
- One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts operated by bots are prohibited.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any losses from a compromised password.
- You must provide accurate information (email, display name, UPI ID and holder name for payouts).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
5. Credits, escrow & platform fee
- When an advertiser publishes a task, the total credit cost (reward × slots) is moved into escrow.
- On approval of a submission, the reward is released to the worker net of a platform fee of up to 10%.
- On rejection or expiry, the escrowed credits are automatically refunded to the advertiser wallet.
- Promotional credits (signup bonus, referrals, daily streak) are a marketing incentive, may be capped or revoked in cases of abuse, and are not withdrawable on their own unless combined with earned credits above the payout minimum.
6. UPI top-ups & payouts
Top-ups add credits after a human admin verifies the UPI Transaction Reference (UTR) against our records. False, recycled, screenshot-forged or third-party UTRs constitute fraud and result in permanent ban and forfeiture. Payouts are made only to the UPI ID registered on your account, subject to a minimum of 500 credits and to the checks described in the AML / KYC Policy. Payment processing timelines are commercially reasonable (typically 24–72 hours) but are not guaranteed and may be extended for verification.
7. Advertiser obligations
Advertisers warrant that each task (a) complies with all applicable laws, (b) does not violate the destination platform's terms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, X, Google Play), (c) does not promote illegal, adult, hateful, misleading, medical, financial-advisory, gambling, or political influence content, (d) does not attempt to manipulate elections, reviews on regulated marketplaces, or paid endorsements without proper disclosure as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and ASCI guidelines.
8. Worker obligations
Workers must complete tasks personally, honestly and only once per slot. Fabricated screenshots, edited proofs, reused proofs across tasks, bot / automation / emulator activity, and account-farming networks are strictly prohibited and lead to rejection, credit clawback, and account termination.
9. Reviews, appeals & auto-approval
Advertisers review submissions within 48 hours. Unreviewed submissions auto-approve at 48 hours and credits release to the worker. Workers may appeal a rejection through the report flow; an admin will review independently. All decisions are recorded in an append-only audit log.
10. Prohibited use
See the full Acceptable Use Policy. In brief: no illegal activity, no harassment, no intellectual-property infringement, no reverse engineering, no scraping, no attempts to bypass rate limits, RLS, or admin controls.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform, its code, design, brand marks and content are owned by the operator. You retain rights to content you submit but grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and process it strictly to operate the service.
12. Third-party platforms & disclaimers
MacroCraftOps is independent of and not endorsed by Meta, Google, YouTube, X, Apple, or any other third-party platform mentioned in tasks. Actions taken by those platforms on your accounts (including bans or content removal) are outside our control. See the full Disclaimer.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the credits held in your wallet at the time the claim arose, valued at the effective top-up rate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of earnings, goodwill or data.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operator, employees and contractors against any third-party claim arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) tasks you posted or performed, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. On termination for fraud or breach, unresolved escrow is refunded to advertisers and disputed earnings may be forfeited. On voluntary closure with a clean record, remaining eligible credits can be withdrawn subject to the payout minimum.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting the Grievance Officer. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the operator's registered location.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
