AML & KYC Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Purpose

We are committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and the misuse of the Platform for any purpose contrary to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), the FIU-IND directions, and applicable RBI guidance. This policy summarises the controls we apply.

Customer identification

  • Every account is tied to a unique verified email and a device / IP fingerprint.
  • Top-ups and payouts require a UPI ID and holder name; on payout requests above the threshold below, we may request additional identity documents (Aadhaar-linked name match, PAN) before releasing funds.
  • One UPI ID may be linked to only one account at a time.

Transaction monitoring

  • Every credit movement is written to an immutable, double-entry ledger and audit log.
  • Automated fraud signals flag reused screenshot hashes, duplicated social handles, unusual velocity, and referral loops.
  • Payouts are reviewed manually. Suspicious activity results in a payout hold and a request for additional information.

Thresholds & enhanced due diligence

  • Cumulative payouts above ₹10,000 per month or ₹50,000 per financial year may trigger enhanced due diligence (PAN, Aadhaar name match, source-of-earning statement).
  • Cash-equivalent transactions above the PMLA threshold are reported to FIU-IND where a legal obligation applies.
  • We may temporarily freeze a wallet during an active review; you will be notified of the reason.

Sanctions & PEP screening

We reserve the right to screen users against publicly available sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists and to decline service accordingly.

Refusal & termination

We may refuse a top-up, refuse a payout, suspend an account, or terminate the relationship where we form a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime, subject to our obligations under law.

Your obligations

You must not use the Platform to layer, structure or otherwise disguise the origin of funds. You must provide accurate KYC information when requested. Providing false KYC data is a criminal offence under the PMLA and IPC.
