Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content in tasks

  • Illegal, defamatory, obscene, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unlawful content (IT Rules 2021, r.3(1)(b)).
  • Adult or sexually explicit material, escort services, gambling and betting promotions where prohibited.
  • Drugs, weapons, tobacco, or any regulated goods sold without licence.
  • Financial-advisory, medical, legal, or investment claims without appropriate qualification and disclosure.
  • Political influence campaigns, election-related activity, or content in violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
  • Impersonation of any person, brand or government agency.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent or trade-secret rights.
  • Content aimed at deceiving reviews on regulated marketplaces (in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and BIS review guidelines) or endorsements without proper #ad / #sponsored disclosure (ASCI guidelines).

Prohibited behaviour

  • Creating multiple accounts, referral loops, or SIM/device farms.
  • Using bots, emulators, automation scripts or headless browsers to submit or approve tasks.
  • Uploading forged, edited, AI-generated, or reused screenshots as proof.
  • Selling, buying, transferring or renting accounts or credits outside the Platform.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, RLS, admin controls or the atomic ledger.
  • Scraping the site, its API, or user profiles without written permission.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or probing for vulnerabilities other than through our responsible-disclosure channel.
  • Harassment, doxxing, hate speech or threats against any user or admin.

Enforcement

Violations result in one or more of: task removal, submission rejection, credit clawback, temporary suspension, permanent ban, referral bonus forfeiture, and where warranted, referral to law enforcement. Enforcement decisions are logged in the append-only audit trail and can be appealed via the report flow.

Reporting abuse

Every task detail page and public profile has a “Report” button. False or malicious reports are themselves a violation of this policy.
