Credits basics
What are credits?+
Credits are the platform's internal currency. Earn them by completing tasks, referring friends, or daily check-ins. Spend them by posting your own tasks or converting to INR via UPI payout.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits stay in your wallet until you spend or withdraw them.
What's the platform fee?+
10% is deducted from the reward when a submission is approved. Advertisers see the total upfront cost before posting.
Doing tasks (earning)
How do I claim a task?+
Open the task, click Reserve a slot. You have 30 minutes to submit proof before the slot auto-releases.
What proof do I upload?+
A clear screenshot showing the completed action + your public handle/username on the target platform. Cropped, obviously edited, or reused screenshots are auto-flagged.
When do I get paid?+
The moment the advertiser approves — credits land instantly. If the advertiser doesn't review within 48 hours, the submission auto-approves.
My submission was rejected. What now?+
You can appeal any rejection from the task page. An admin reviews the appeal independently of the advertiser.
Posting tasks (advertising)
How much does it cost?+
Reward × slots. Credits are locked in escrow the moment you post — workers can only be paid from this escrow, so you can never be over-charged.
How do I review submissions?+
Open your task → each submission has Approve / Reject buttons and fraud signals (reused screenshots, duplicate handles, worker's prior rejections).
Can I cancel a task?+
You can close a task at any time. Unused escrow returns to your wallet automatically.
UPI top-up & payout
How do I add credits with UPI?+
Wallet → Buy → pick a pack → scan the QR or copy the UPI ID → after paying, submit the UTR (transaction reference). An admin verifies and credits your wallet, usually within a few hours.
How do payouts work?+
Wallet → Payout → enter your UPI ID + amount (min 500 credits). Credits are held immediately. Once an admin approves and pays, you get a notification with the payout reference. Rejected payouts are refunded to your wallet.
Why was my UTR rejected?+
Most common reasons: wrong reference code, mismatched amount, UTR already used, or payment not received on our side. Contact support with the payment screenshot.
Security & fraud
How is my balance protected?+
Every credit movement runs inside a server-verified Postgres function inside a transaction. There is no client-side balance mutation — it's mathematically impossible to over-spend or double-earn.
What happens to fraudsters?+
Multi-accounting, fake proofs, and UTR replays are auto-flagged and banned. Credits earned via fraud are clawed back. Bans are audit-logged and reviewed by superadmins.
Can I lose credits?+
Only if you spend them (posting a task) or a fraudulent submission you made gets rolled back. Approved earnings are final.
Reputation & referrals
How does my rating work?+
Advertisers can rate approved submissions 1–5 stars. Your average shows on your public profile and helps advertisers approve you faster.
How much do I get for referring?+
25 credits per friend who signs up with your code. Your friend also gets their 50-credit signup bonus. No cap.
Daily bonus?+
Check in daily for 5 credits — the streak grows the bonus up to 25/day. Miss a day and the streak resets.
Trouble shooting
Rate limit error+
Some actions (UTR submits, payout requests, order creates) are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Wait a bit and retry.
I can't log in+
Try email OTP (passwordless) from the auth page. Still stuck? Contact support from your registered email.
Something looks wrong on the site+
Refresh — the app has a background retry. If it persists, report it via support with the URL and a screenshot.
